Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Name of reservation must match name on credit card used to pay for the reservation. Please note guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in and photo identification must match the name on reservation. Housekeeping is available daily for an additional fee. Anything above 9 rooms is considered a group booking and special deposit and cancelation policies apply. Contact property for details. Smoking is prohibited near buildings and in common areas. Dog-Friendly Suites available upon request with a nonrefundable deposit of $150.00 due at check-in. 1 dog, up to 75 lbs per unit. Your deposit will be refunded in full.
